Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Times We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Fulfillment VentureValeCo partners with trusted suppliers who fulfill and ship orders directly to you. This means your order may ship from multiple locations if it contains products from different suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
